Catherine Bell is an actress with a great height and athletic talent. She was born in London, England she moved with her family to Los Angeles as a little girl. While pursuing a pre-med degree in college, she decided to pursue a modeling career in Japan. Then, in L.A., after doing several commercials for TV as well as small film roles, she also made guest appearances on the shows. Isabella Rosellini used her as her body-swapping mate when The Death Became Her was released in 1992. The actress met her soon-to-be spouse (Adam Deason) at the film production. After a brief appearance on the NBC show JAG and writing an open letter to JAG's producers, expressing interest in JAG. JAG changed its location in 1996 and was transferred to CBS where she was cast in the role of Lt. Commander Harmon "Harm" Rabb (David James Elliott).
