Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. She won her Pro Card within a year and was 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to spend the time off from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her list. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to get her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she finished third. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using machines, and bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel will also make use of every minute. The way she achieves this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
