Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American model, actress and singer born in St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as a singer in the the rock group The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in films and television shows such as How to Be a Single and Going the Distance. Taylor Momsen is a 26-year actress, born on the 26th of July in 1993. She has a younger sister, Sloane Momsen. Her dance training was at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. In an advertisement for Shake 'n Bake commercial at the time, momsen started to act professionally when she was just three. Momsen had a career pause for three years prior to being chosen to play the lead role in Misconceptions the WB TV series. Also at this time Momsen was in the film Saving Shiloh. In addition, she was one of three leading candidates for Hannah Montana's title role. However, Miley Cyrus was awarded the part.
